The Irabor-Ojo Foundation proudly took part in a dynamic international workshop titled “Nigerians Living in the Netherlands Success Symphony,” held in The Hague on June 7, 2025. The event was a powerful collaboration between NIDOE-Netherlands, Great The Hague, and Nigeria Youths in Netherlands (NYN), bringing together a vibrant community of Nigerian professionals, entrepreneurs, and change-makers in the diaspora.

This engaging workshop served as a platform to celebrate the resilience, creativity, and enterprise of Nigerians thriving abroad. With an inspiring blend of cultural expression and entrepreneurial innovation, the event was an enriching experience for all in attendance.

Highlights of the Workshop:

  • Product Exhibition Spaces: A showcase of innovative products and services by Nigerian entrepreneurs living in the Netherlands. It was an opportunity for Irabor-Ojo Foundation to network and explore potential partnerships for empowering lives back home in Nigeria.
  • Story Sessions: The heart of the event featured powerful storytelling sessions where successful Nigerian entrepreneurs shared their unique journeys—highlighting struggles, breakthroughs, and lessons learned along the way. These inspiring stories resonated deeply with the Foundation’s vision of uplifting lives through opportunity and shared knowledge.
  • Nigerian Delicacies: Guests enjoyed a delightful array of traditional Nigerian dishes, reminding everyone of the rich and diverse culinary heritage that unites Nigerians around the world.
  • Cultural Performances: One of the standout moments was a thrilling cultural display featuring the iconic Nigerian Talking Drum, which added a beautiful rhythm to the day’s events and kept the spirit of home alive.

Our Commitment Continues

As a humanitarian NGO focused on welfare, empowerment, and community development, Irabor-Ojo Foundation believes strongly in the value of international collaboration and diaspora engagement. Attending this workshop not only reinforced our connections with Nigerians in the diaspora but also opened up new possibilities for growth, support, and future joint initiatives.

We thank the organizers—NIDOE-Netherlands, Great The Hague, and NYN—for creating such a meaningful space for impact and inclusion. We look forward to building on the insights and connections gained to better serve communities across Nigeria.

Together, we can keep making a difference—home and abroad.
